Disaster Aid Australia

As part of their first deployment, Disaster Aid U.K. has committed 5000 LifeStraw water filters to Pakistan which will give over 5000 people in the resettlement camps clean drinking water immediately.

The Carbine Club AGM 2010

The Carbine Club Annual General Meeting took place in the Garden Room at Crown Towers; some fifty eight accepting to attend. The President Ian Johnson welcomed all those in attendance and it was noted that so many of our members were in Europe for The Royal Ascot and Wimbledon.
